My story begins in the world of education, when I founded Firsteps at the age of 22. Since then, I have combined my experience as an entrepreneur, educator, doula, and corporate leader across diverse sectors such as international mining and executive coaching, with over 20 years of professional experience.

I have led transformation processes in companies, delivered lectures at business schools, and supported hundreds of people in redesigning their lives. As director of AJE, member of Mujeres por Ecuador, and delegate of Women of Peace, I promote networks of ethical and human-centered leadership.

My Life Architecture methodology unites strategy, purpose, neuroscience, and love to help you create a life with direction, well-being, and abundance.

Today, through 1:1 sessions, courses, and in-person workshops, I accompany individuals and teams to rediscover their inner power, rebuild their self-esteem, and reconnect with their dreams.
